Refund Policy
All Custom Pro and Steel Pressed Maple and Birch bats are under warranty for 45 days after purchase.
Used, or damaged, products are not eligible to be returned or refunded, without prior approval from an authorized Old Hickory representative.
Mistakes made by the customer on customized bats are non-refundable.
To begin the return/refund policy, please send an email to mail@oldhickorybats.com with your name, order number and reason for return/refund.
Old Hickory is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
There is a restocking fee on all returns. A restocking fee of $10 USD, plus the original shipping costs associated with the order, will be deducted from the total refund amount.
